What professional customers most often want to know before placing an order.
Does Spacelabs EclipseMINI fit my device?
Please tell us the make and model of your device – we will check its compatibility before you order. The item number is: NI-98900. This check is free and non-binding: 02363 3663-0 or kontakt@nispel.de. When it comes to accessories for medical technology, the exact device variant is often the deciding factor, not just the model series.
How quickly can Spacelabs EclipseMINI be delivered?
The item is available to order and will be procured for you. We will inform you of the binding delivery date before you place your order – please call us: 02363 3663-0. Your request does not obligate you in any way.
Can my clinic or practice order on account?
Yes. We supply clinics, medical practices, care facilities, and specialist retailers on account. The Nispel shop is exclusively for professionals (B2B); all prices are net, plus VAT. Ordering is possible even without a customer account – you will receive the invoice with your delivery.
Is there a price for larger quantities?
Yes. For station supplies, group orders, and framework agreements, you will receive a separate quote – simply tell us the quantity and desired delivery date. Within Germany, we offer free shipping on orders over €500 net; for orders below this amount, shipping costs are calculated based on actual expenses and displayed in the shopping cart before checkout.
Your question isn't listed here? 02363 3663-0 or kontakt@nispel.de – we answer from practical experience, not from a catalog.
