The pack contains 10 pieces. Protective covers are listed in the instructions as an optional accessory to prevent soiling of the cuff. Simply pull the cuff through the flap of the cover and secure it with the hook-and-loop fasteners on the inside. Manufacturer's care instructions: Machine wash at a maximum of 60°C.
When changing patients, put on a fresh cover; continue to clean and disinfect the cuff itself according to the instructions for use. According to the manufacturer, clean the device and cuff with a soft cloth, which may be moistened with soapy water. Solvents, gasoline, alcohol, and abrasives are prohibited. Boso recommends spray disinfection of the cuff at regular intervals when using it with multiple patients.
