Das Ma\u00df gibt boso mit 13 \u00d7 62 cm an, die Schlauchl\u00e4nge laut unserer Artikelangabe 110 cm. Die Manschetten sind laut Hersteller abwaschbar und latexfrei. Als zu erwartende Lebensdauer nennt die Gebrauchsanweisung 10.000 Messzyklen.<\/p>\n<p>According to the instruction manual, only the original cuffs CA91, CA91R, CA92, CA93, and CA94 should be used with the TM-2450. Select the size according to the printed arm circumference. The air connector is screwed directly into the device&#039;s socket. According to the manufacturer&#039;s overview, the cuffs from the predecessor model, TM-2430 PC 2, are not compatible. The cuff should be positioned on the bare upper arm approximately 2 to 3 cm above the elbow crease, with the white marking over the brachial artery. There should be enough space between the arm and the cuff for about two fingers, or at most one finger for the XL cuff.<\/p>\n<p>According to the manufacturer, clean the device and cuff with a soft cloth moistened with soapy water. Solvents, gasoline, alcohol, and abrasives are prohibited. Boso recommends spray disinfection of the cuff, at regular intervals for multiple patients.
